I earn £31200 with a mortgage for £129000 my sister has asked me to act as a sponsor on a Bristol and West First start mortgage. How will this effect my own remortgage application in 2 years when my current deal ends? She earns £15000 and would like to borrow £100000 on a 3 year fixed at 6.35%.
